INFORMATION ABOUT TRAVELING TO HAITI WITH HEFHaiti guesthouse

Transportation

You will be met at Port-au-Prince airport. Depending on the size of the group, you will either be met with our truck and driver, or with our truck and a contracted vehicle. If the group is small enough (six or fewer people) with not much more than personal luggage, the expense to your group (paid IN ADVANCE to our El Dorado head office), will be $50 per day, including the driver. In addition, your group will be responsible for paying the cost of keeping the gas tank full during the trip and topping off the tank upon your trip's conclusion. Also, it is customary to tip your driver for all the safe driving he will be doing for you during the week.
